Return & Exchange Policy

At Swamplyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help within the guidelines below.

14-Day Return Window

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within **14 days** of the date your order is marked as delivered.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer **one free size exchange** (subject to availability).

To qualify for a size exchange, your item must be:


* Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

* Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

* Returned with all original tags attached.


Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, **Swamplyn will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement size to you.**


Store Credit

If you prefer not to exchange your item for another size, eligible returns may receive **store credit** for the purchase price of the returned item.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

Our Mistakes

If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or your order arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within **14 days** of delivery.


We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Depending on the situation, we will:

* Send a replacement item.

* Provide a prepaid return label if a return is needed.

* Issue store credit or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

* Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.

* Items without original tags.

* Final sale or clearance items.

* Customized or personalized products.
